Carcinoma papilar de tiroides con estroma tipo desmoide (fibromatosis-like)

Resumen
El carcinoma de tiroides es la neoplasia endócrina más frecuente con varios subtipos histológicos, siendo el carcinoma papilar el más común. Se presenta caso de mujer de 48 años que fue intervenida quirúrgicamente por una tumoración en región infrahioidea de 18 años de evolución, cuyo diagnóstico anatomopatológico final fue el de un carcinoma papilar con estroma tipo desmoide (fibromatosis-like), que representa un raro subtipo de carcinoma papilar.
